November is Live Arts Month and it’s bringing you the hottest events in Miami. More entertainment is coming your way, featuring famous artists, large attractions, and food specials. Miami is primarily known as a tourist attraction, including entertainment venues and trendy restaurants. This month, they all come together to represent the art and culture of Miami. Food junkies, bookworms, and concert-goers are looking forward to celebrating and having fun this November.
Food Festivals
All the food and restaurant junkies are welcome to visit the Estiatorio Milos restaurant, introducing Greek and Mediterranean cuisine. They are having the special lunch, dinner and private dining at Miami Beach. The special will only be valid from November 3rd to the 13th. Their $25 three-course lunch menu will be available everyday of the week. The $49 three-course Autumn Tasting Menu is offered Monday to Sunday from 6:30pm to 8:30pm. You can even enjoy a private dinner for the holidays. The Seed Food Festival is also at Miami Beach on November 4th. It takes place from 11am to 6pm and kids from ages 3 to 18 are allowed to taste and plant seeds for only $20.
Attractions
The largest holiday theme park, Santa’s Enchanted Forest, will open their gates on November 2nd. The exhilarating park features fun rides, games, and shows. The tickets will be sold at the gate and can also be purchased online. A Single Day Pass for high school students costs $33.64. A season pass costs $57.01, however, if you buy the Early Elf Season Pass online, you can save up to 30%. Veterans day is on the 11th of November and there will be a festive parade in Miami Beach to honor and commemorate our veterans. This free parade will start at noon and will be presenting marching bands and veterans.
Music and Art Festivals
Art and culture enthusiasts can enjoy this free annual Art Festival on Sunset Drive. Several artists will share their art through paintings, sculptures, ceramics, glass, or metalwork. Presented by Chamber South, the Miami Art Festival will provide food and beverages. Chamber South will also be presenting live performances by local musicians and student entertainers. Music fanatics can also attend some of the hottest concerts in Miami. On November 4th, some latin artists will come together for the iHeartRadio Fiesta Latina at American Airlines Arena. Some of those artists include, Gente De Zona, Camila Cabello, Don Omar, CNCO, and Nacho. This Fiesta Latina will celebrate the best in latin music and will make you get up on your feet to dance along. Puerto-Rican artist, Marc Anthony, will be singing in concert on November 17th at American Airlines Arena as well. Lady Gaga will also be performing at American Airlines, on November 30th. Lady Gaga will be performing songs from her most recent album ‘Joanne.’
Book Fair
Readers and bookworms that go to the Miami Book Fair will get a chance to meet their favorite authors and receive free books. It’s open from November 12th to the 19th. The fair has a teens program that organizes live performances, storytelling, and book signing. Readings, writing, art, and music will all be there to entertain kids of all ages.
Charity
The Bubble Run is a worldwide fundraiser that collects money for different charities such as, Lupus and Girls on the Run. This year, it takes place on November 11th in Miami-Dade County Fairgrounds. Individual tickets cost $50 to participate in the race.
Miami Live Arts Month is going to be remembered as an artistic and cultural experience. Live music, artists, authors, and attractions bring out the artistic features of Miami. The city of Miami is mostly known for the nightlife and the parties, but this November, it can show people the hidden and most beautiful parts of our city: the trendy foods, music, dances, and culture.
