Ever wanted to go to a nice restaurant in downtown Miami that is inexpensive and has a luxurious feel? If that is the case, then check out Sugarcane Raw Bar and Grill. With the top-notch customer service and menu, it is a perfect dining area to eat out.
The restaurant allows for walk-ins and accepts reservations. Going with reservation is always best, as one can easily access their desired table and seating.
What makes this restaurant so different and special from others? Walking up to the person behind the host stand, people are immediately greeted with a warm smile and friendly conversation.
They also demonstrate a great deal of patience. If anyone has a family that doesn’t speak the language or understand the menu, they wait patiently and even explain each dish to the customer which makes this experience all the best.
The waiters and hosts seem to actually enjoy their job, and the overall vibe simply feels genuine. This alone has a high impact on the restaurant’s atmosphere.
Next to the amiable hosts — is the fancy aesthetic. The outside dining space is decorated in beautiful lights, lanterns, and leaves to give a “light-up garden” affect. The inside is more on the minimalist spectrum of decors: simple tables, plain walls, and a few adorning pillars here and there. Still, it is all stunning.
Once an order has been placed they do warn the customer that, depending on the dish, it could likely take a while to cook. Even so, the food was served pretty quickly — within a good 15-20 minutes. From the platting to the smell, the dishes were stunning.
Habanero Salmon sushi is a house specialty on the menu. For all sushi lovers, this meal is absolutely delicious and highly recommended. In fact, it is one of the items that consumers constantly order.
While the customer eats, the waiter/waitress asks if there is anything more that would please the customer. They are at the call and extremely attentive when serving the customers waiting at their tables.
They treat birthday people even nicer singing the birthday song, taking pictures, and even putting effort into composing quality photos. They make the customer feel right at home.
If anyone likes to leave big tips, these waiters/waitresses deserve it! And, if we look at handing out star-ratings, Sugarcane Raw Bar and Grill definitely earned a five star.
